My name is F. Aschenbrenner and after being very sadden for a few months I was very lucky to have found John Castro. By the end of February I lost my job and with the unemployment insurance and little help from my wife, there was not enough to cover all my expenses and bills.

I am writing this unsolicited testimonial in order to share my experience with Castro Law, PLLC. This bankruptcy filing was probably the most stressful time of my life. From me being the only provider for my household to my bills piling up, it seemed like one bad thing after another.
 
I decided to call Castro Law, because they specialized in Bankruptcy cases and they narrowed down, into laymen's terms the different types of bankruptcy and how the process would go.

I met personally with attorney John C. Castro and he was great. I left with a lot of confidence that John could help me out.  John responded to my email and telephone calls every single time I had a question or concern. I would even be able to stop by his office to speak to him if I had a question or concern.

As the long bankruptcy process went on it, seemed like I was in a state of panic over and over regarding many different issues. I can’t’ even count the number the times I called and emailed the offices with one concern or another.

From a very polite woman that answers the phone to the fast response received after a message was left, the service was great. They even helped me obtain all  my money back from a debt resolution agency that was taking my money on a month to month basis without providing help like they were suppose to.

John helped me obtain my money back without charging me extra to do so. I will always appreciate that, since that helped me with one month of rent.

I have had a few different friends and family members go through bankruptcy and none of them had nearly as smooth of a situation as I did with Castro Law. They always said they never could get answers to any questions once they paid their fees. This wasn’t the case for me, Castro Law even responded to me after my case has already been discharged when they could have easily just ignored me.
